Tuesdays

October 16 - French Provence

October 30 - Autumn Brunch

November 6 – Holiday Desserts and Table Decor

Thursdays

October 18 – Farmers’ Market/Autumn Harvest

October 25 – South America

November 1 - Mediterranean

November 8 - Italian

November 15 - Thanksgiving

 

All classes start at 6:30 PM and run approximately 2 ½ to 3 hours.

 

Classes are “hands-on”/full participation.

 

We will prepare a three course meal (or its equivalent) at each class and everyone will enjoy the meal at the end of the evening.

 

All classes are held in our professional kitchen at 2804 East Imperial Highway in Brea. 

 

Classes are limited to 12 people.

 

Please wear comfortable, casual clothing and comfortable close-toed shoes. Aprons, recipes and all necessary cooking equipment will be provided.

 

The cost of each class is $75.00. You may sign up for one or as many classes as you would like.   

 

Classes will be taught by Hollis O’Brien, owner of Parties By Panache and Jeff Fliegler, chef at Parties By Panache.
