The Exit gallery was packed for the entire show and on the penning night the audience spilled into the vacant studio next door.

The culmination of the "Future of Food" is a life size cow draw in pen on Masonite. Todd spent about five hundred hours creating this beast, which can studied for hours while continuing to surrender new insights.

Todd's grandma, Nancy White and Step dad, Lee Klug helped with the set up buffet and flowers.

The original triptic of the protein machines, the eye which is the window to the soul has evolved through this project.

The art captivated the attention of everyone who came to the show and nearly every piece sold.
