We have become popular,
but we've stayed really nice.
We have been working really hard for the last nineteen years, perfecting our culinary skills and honing our dining room practice striving to be better at each event then we were at the last. We have treated every event from a box lunch for ten to a Customer Appreciation Event for 1,400 as if it was our most important.
As a result it seems that we have become "popular," we are "in" with the right crowds and have made our way onto a great many "A" lists. While we are thrilled by this occurence we want you to know that we still are here to help you with the little informal events, as well as Black Tie Galas.
While we do get booked and days become unavailable we try to make certain that we are available for all of our customers, be they old friends or new. Call us early in your planning, so that we can pencil you in on the calendar, this holds the date at no obligation to you until such time as it appears the day will be booked. Then we call and either you go ahead with us or release the date. But you won't be disappointed.
