Many people can
successfully put together a wedding for 15 or 20 people,
but when it comes to putting a wedding together for 100, or
300, or 1000 guests most people need much more than a little
advice. The logistics involved in seating, feeding and entertaining
a large group of sophisticated adults require professional
know how and experience. Parties By Panache has arranged hundreds
of large wedding parties. Hollis and her staff are expert
at bringing all of the elements together so your unforgettable
wedding appears a natural occurrence that you effortlessly
orchestrated.

Location Scouts
More Information
Parties By Panache will help you find a location if you have not already done so. Panache is experienced in locating venues throughout Southern California. We regularly work Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Dana, Point and San Clemente. We are also the most requested caterer for the Fullerton Arboretum, Brea Community Center, Yorba Linda Community Center, and all temples in Orange County.

Site Planning
Think of this as
air traffic control on the ground. We plan it so that all
of your guests can park their cars; have seats at tables that
are easily served; your speaker is able to reach the podium;
there is room to dance; no one has an amplifier right next
to their ear. Correctly planned no one thinks about the site
plan, otherwise no one thinks about anything else.

This is without
a doubt the key feature at most events but as you can see
it is only one part of a successfully orchestrated event,
nevertheless when we plan your menu with you we threat it
like we did nothing else. You will have food that is enjoyed
at the table and savored for years.

We have the experience
and connections to arrange appropriate and very enjoyable
entertainment for your event. Magicians, we’ll make
one appear. Musicians: Need a pianist Anne Farnsworth or Andrew Marks are both outstanding, Guitarist, Jesse Bradley and Jim Vita both play heavenly music, D.Js
we know who will get your guests dancing.
We can arrange for
caricaturists, henna artists, wax hand art, handwriting analysts,
belly dancers, etc.

Catering
More Information
The meal that is
served to your guests at your wedding is possibly the most
important meal you will ever serve. It must be prepared and
served perfectly, no guests desires overlooked, no ones needs
unmet. Parties By Panache will cater just such a meal for
you.
Rentals
Unless you have a service for the number of guests sitting in your pantry you may need to rent: tables, linens, chairs, chair covers, dance floors, tents, silverware, china, glassware, lights, heaters, buffet supplies, sound systems, etc. We help you plan your rentals so you get only what you need and we can either handle the rentals in-house or though one of our regular suppliers.
Platter Packages
We are aware that some clients would like extraordinary food in a very informal setting and possibly over an extended party time. Party Platters can be the most satisfactory solution to this situation.
You get the same wonderful food for which Parties By Panache is Famous and you can serve it as needed. If you have guests arriving at different times, or some who will be staying longer than most we recommend you look at our "Platter Party Menus."
