Gerard W. O'Brien and Associates has offices in Brea California, which is in northern Orange County, surrounded by Yorba Linda, Placentia, Fullerton, LaHabra and Diamond Bar. Diamond Bar is in Los Angeles County and the other cities are all in Orange County. We are about 45 minutes from down town Los Angeles.

We chose Brea to be the location of our estate planning offices for several reasons,the most apparent being it is a beautiful, safe and friendly city. There is plenty of parking, a very convenient freeway, tremendous shopping and dining opportunities and it is close to my home.

Because the last reason stated is very important to me - close to my home - I thought that the same would be important to my clients. As the price of gas continues to climb unnecessary driving has become something to be avoided and if you can cut out one or two round trips to the lawyers office that may save a gallon or two.

Therefore, our estate planning offices will offer secure online document transfer so that all of our planning can be accomplished in two physical visits. I meet all clients in my office for our initial getting to know each other visit. We will introduce you to the office , our processes and systems. We will discuss your goals for you, your family, and your estate.

The second visit to our estate planning office will be for the signing. At this meeting we will complete the estate plan, you will be presented with it, and the peace of mind that an enhanced estate plan offers.

We can do two or three or if necessary more meetings via the internet and telephone. There will be exactly the same opportunities to ask questions and have them answered, to go over the documents line by line to make certain that your instructions are precise, clear, and exactly what you want.

However, If you still like driving over and meeting in person that remains available to every client, and it always will.
