Many people in the catering industry are not aware of the potential severity and consequences for a person who ingests foods to which they are allergic. As a result  the stringency necessary to avoid potential food contamination is not adhered to as it should be.

 

We are aware of the danger and we can prepare some or all of your food and beverages in adherence to standards designed to protect your guests from an allergic reaction based on allergen contamination.

 

We are aware and will prepare whole meals that are safe for any specified allergy. So if it’s milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat, fish or shellfish we can accommodate your needs.
