From a meeting planner’s point of view the worst time of the day is right after lunch while waiting for your people to drift back. Some will be late, others groggy from overeating or worse. It would be much better if they didn’t have to leave in the first place. We can help with that.

Grilled herbed chicken breast with roasted red peppers, lettuce, tomato, and Dijon mayonnaise on a housemade baguette.
Tuna Dill
White tuna with celery, carrots, red onion, fresh dill, mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato on whole wheat bread.
Roast Beef
Oven roasted, thinly sliced roast beef with caramelized onions and Dijon mayonnaise on a housemade baguette.
Grilled Vegetable
With eggplant, zucchini, sweet peppers, Portobello mushrooms, gourmet greens and a balsamic vinaigrette on a housemade baguette.
California Club
Turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, sprouts and herbed mayonnaise on whole wheat bread.
Vegetarian
With carrots, radishes, cucumbers, sprouts, avocado, provolone cheese, lettuce and tomato, herbed mayonnaise on whole wheat bread.
