Dear Hollis,
This thank you is way overdue. Originally, I wanted to send this to you and your staff last September after Ariel's Bat Mitzvah. Your creativity and flexibility made it so very special. You may not remember, but we were the ones you made special recipes for - peanut, nut &egg free. Everything was so delicious and the Choc Fountain was an incredible hit, and the dance Floor!! Well I could go on & on.
You also made everything so flexible for my mom. We didn't know if she would make it there or not. As it turned out, she was not there, but you changed the seating in a flash & no one except family) knew what was going on.
and then when mom died and I wasn't sure what to do and I needed to make sure with all the commotion that everything was safe for Ariel - well you more than came through.
Hollis, I will never forget everything that you and your staff have done for our family. I know in the scope of your business we have contributed pennies. yet you and your staff made us feel like Royalty - as if we are the most important people in the world.
Please let your staff know.

Dear Hollis:
What a spectacular
presentation and memorable evening you put on for the wedding
celebration for Marie-France and me. It was superb and everybody
really enjoyed the entire evening.
The food was fantastic
right from the sushi, the cheeses, the wonderful passed hors
d' oeuvres, and then the crepes, the carved meats and side
dishes. Of course, the chocolate fountain was fabulous and
was a real hit with the guests.
If I could tell
everybody what a great job you and your staff did I certainly
would! Please feel free to use this letter as a recommendation

Our planning meetings were very pleasant. In fact, there

party you did for us on June 20 was wonderful.
Everything
was perfect. The food was delicious and the staff was excellent.

party last Friday night. The food was delicious and Sherry
did a fantastic job. Everybody commented that she was extremely
pleasant, but not intrusive. That's just about perfect in

was a huge hit. The appetizers were out of this world! The
dinner party was a grand success and I enjoyed being "queen
